The friendly contact between the deceased Former Omani Minister for Culture and Heritage, HH Said Faisal bin Ali Al Said and Dr Hilde Hawlicek, Former Austrian Minister for Culture from the Austrian Republic existed since 1986. Thanks to both a base for a continuous cultural cooperation between the two countries existed as a constitution. The leitmotiv was art, the language of understanding, which brought since centuries people from different countries and cultural background together.

This experiment leaded into the realization of an important mental proximity which became a free exchange with the profit to know each other better. Thanks to new experiences, like a different language helped also to know yourself better. Our language is so different . It is our philosophy that our mind looks for beauty, we live through success and destruction but life is a clear blue sky for the hole humanity.

We all have the same experience that ART brings us closer together and the feeling that mother guides us closer to the roots of our human experiences. This closeness protects us and brings us to the exhaustible natural force of childhood, joy, sorrow and eternity, death. This are common theme in daily life when people push away their mortality and reject the other in hate.

Thanks to Art we can reach with experiences the legitimacy to be a human being. She helps to brake illusion which hold us back to see the world dipped in gods eternal light. The brightness of creativity will never disappear and human experiences become true thanks to the rising sun, she illuminates our life and the life of the future generation towards a perfect world.
